Chef Tom has cooked for me many times. He pays meticulous attention to my allergies but his flair for culinary perfection has always produced mouth-watering meals, despite not being able to use some common ingredients. His gluten-free spaetzli is delicious.

We hired Tom to cook a meal for myself, my wife and a few friends from out of town. We wanted something fancy and he delivered. The printed menus, name plates and beautifully set table made us feel like our home was a restaurant. My favorite dish was the lamb chops (finished on our grill) in an immaculate mustard sauce with perfectly roasted potatoes.
